Animal feed company Nutreco wanted to aid farmers in predicting animal growth and feeding needs. We interviewed farmers across Europe to develop a vision for a self-service application to deliver real-time insights that farmers could previously only get from expert consultants. We leveraged these insights to reimagine the purchasing cycle for farmers with a self-service app, and built a roadmap for a digital-forward go-to-market strategy that attracts new customers and generates revenue from software.
