Starbucks and their music partner enlisted us to reimagine the Starbucks music experience. We designed a future state integrating a new music subscription service with the Starbucks loyalty program and complimentary in-store internet access. This was supported by a detailed funding model to execute a long term digital strategy that would unify the customer experience from brick and mortar to mobile, driving consumer retention in the brand ecosystem and accelerating invaluable retail data.
