Modernizing Hertz global software platform

Hertz needed to replace their aging and disparate point-of-sale systems with a single software platform. Our team of research and design specialists worked with Hertz process owners over the course of three months to validate, document, and refine their business process requirements. We discovered and implemented rental reservation best practices and provided weekly prototypes to validate real-world functionality before rolling them out. Our sophisticated platform merged over 30 disarranged systems across four global regions into a unified standard business processes across Hertz’s worldwide rental locations.
