Katherine is the Head of Foundries at Formula.Monks.
Her expansive knowledge of operations and project management has been integral in the establishment of our Foundries initiative, an effort to continuously strengthen our teams’ capabilities through cross-pollination and career development. Katherine navigates complex tech projects by leveraging team dynamics, an exemplary capability that enables her to build effective product delivery engines composed of world-class talent.
Holding a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Santiago de Cali, her affinity for technical project management quickly surfaced when she began working with our legacy brand Zemoga. During her tenure with Zemoga, she helped optimize project execution tactics to ensure smoother delivery through virtual management. Her efforts to better equip virtual teams paid off throughout the pandemic, enabling Zemoga to double its headcount despite the persistent economic challenges spurred by Covid. She remains a crucial member of the executive team at Formula.Monks, continuously driving growth and development for our teams and capabilities.
