David is a leader in data science with a passion for building and growing high-performing mixed research/engineering organizations. He has owned and led machine learning efforts at companies spanning the retail, ad tech, cybersecurity, fintech, and defense sectors.
David received a PhD in physics from Princeton and is an expert in deep learning, machine learning, and optimization. He is currently a Director of Data Science at Target and runs the organization responsible for all AI-driven digital product recommendations.
