Nicole “Nikki” Gifford serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Formula.Monks.
With more than 20 years of experience in business operations, delivery, organization and business strategy, and digital transformation, Nikki's career has been marked by her ability to develop intimate client-centric relationships that fuel positive global impact. She has demonstrated her remarkable ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, develop technology-driven transformation plans that align with client business strategies, and empower success through transparency and accountability. Her growth mindset directly aligns with Formula.Monks’s vision for the future, thus fortifying our executive leadership team and its ability to usher our organization to world renown in enterprise technology services.
She has formerly served as the VP of Business Operations, Strategy, and M&A for Wipro FullStride Cloud, and before that was the Global Head of Digital Transformation at Atos. Nikki holds a Master's in Computer Science and Information Systems, a Master's in Leadership and Organizational Dynamics, and a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Organizational Behavior, and International Business. She also holds certificates from Stanford University in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a Certificate of Vision and Leadership Unfolding Excellence for Executive Leaders from INSEAD.
